Anti-Organized Crime Policy
GLOBAL NATIVE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") declares that, as a socially responsible corporation, it will completely sever all relationships with anti-social forces and promote sound business activities.
1. Basic Policy
The Company will have no relationships whatsoever, including business transactions, with organized crime groups, their members, quasi-members, related enterprises, corporate extortionists, social movement racketeers, special intelligence violence groups, or any similar entities (hereinafter "anti-social forces").
2. Specific Measures
- We will not provide funding, benefits, or any form of cooperation to anti-social forces.
- In the event of unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, the entire organization will respond firmly.
- We will work with external experts such as police and lawyers to address unreasonable demands.
- If a business partner is found to be an anti-social force, we will immediately terminate the relationship.
- We will provide organizational support to ensure no individual employee is isolated when dealing with anti-social forces.
3. Contractual Measures
The Company includes anti-social force exclusion clauses in contracts with business partners and reserves the right to terminate contracts if a partner is found to be an anti-social force.
4. Declaration
Based on this declaration, all officers and employees will work together to exclude anti-social forces and contribute to society as a sound and trusted company.
